About

Corporate Responsibility

At iNova we conduct our business in an ethical and responsible manner.

We care deeply about the health of our people, our community and our planet. How we do things is just as important as what we do.

Our team is passionate about supporting communities in all of the regions we operate. We regularly partner with community organisations to give back in the form of volunteering, fundraising and sponsorship.

Our commitment

We aim to deliver safe, effective and high-quality consumer healthcare and prescription products that improve the health and wellbeing of people around the world. And we do it in an ethical, thoughtful and sustainable manner.

How we work

Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles and standards of how we work with each other, our partners, our customers and the general public.

We are firmly committed to conducting our business with integrity, honesty and fairness and in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards.

Our core company values are integral to how we work and are embedded deep within our company culture.

Supporting our communities

iNova is passionate about supporting local communities in all of the regions we operate. We regularly partner with community organisations to give back in the form of volunteering, fundraising and financial support.

Each year, iNova employees participate in an interactive ‘iHealth Challenge’ which aims to improve #TeamiNova’s physical, mental and social health – as well as a great opportunity for employees to connect with each other around the world. To help create healthy communities, every registration also results in a company donation to three regional community charities. In 2024 our charity partners include Barnardos Australia, the Kythe Foundation Inc. (Philippines) and the United Cerebral Palsy Association of South Africa.

In Australia, employees participate in our workplace giving program ‘iGive’ in partnership with Barnardos Australia. Each year donations made by employees are matched dollar for dollar by the company up to the value of $50,000 (AUD).

In 2023 iNova was also a proud supporter of Food Bank Australia, Food Forward South Africa and Krisna’s Free Meals in Singapore, with employees donating food staples and the company providing financial support to deliver the provision of tens of thousands of meals to people in need over the Christmas and new year holiday period.

Health, wellness and safety

The health, wellness and safety of our employees is the number one priority for iNova. We invest in regular training and support to ensure our employees are equipped with the latest information and advice on health, wellness and safety while at work.

iNova is an equal opportunity employer. We are deeply passionate about being a company that embraces diversity and inclusion, in all its forms. We encourage our employees to bring their whole selves to work and are committed to providing an inclusive workplace culture where all our employees are treated fairly and with respect.

Environment

iNova is committed to being a socially responsible company operating in a way that does not negatively impact society or the environment.

Our ESG mission statement is, “To understand the areas of our business where we are able to make the most significant contribution to people and the planet, and to address these in a meaningful way”.

Currently, our environmental sustainability improvement initiatives are focussed on the key areas of product packaging, supply chain logistics, sourcing and manufacturing.
