Dan Spira

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Spira is the CEO of iNova Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Board of Directors.

Dan first joined iNova in 2017. He has led the significant growth of the company, overseeing transformational brand acquisitions and the expansion of the business into new, high growth markets across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to joining iNova Dan held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and Bausch Health including Vice President & GM - North America, with responsibility for a portfolio of businesses spanning Vision Care, Dermatology and Aesthetic Devices, and Managing Director - Pacific Region.

Sacha Ernst

President AMENA

Sacha Ernst is President of iNova’s AMENA Region which includes Asia, Europe, Middle East & North Africa. 

Sacha first joined iNova in 2018. He has over 25 years’ of international healthcare industry experience across finance, corporate strategy, business development and general management. Prior to joining iNova Sacha has held several senior roles spanning Asia, Europe and USA in multi-national companies including DKSH and Novartis.

Andrew Jenkin

Managing Director of Australia, New Zealand & Canada 

Andrew Jenkin is the Managing Director of iNova’s CANZ Region, which includes Canada, Australia and New Zealand. He holds the role of Director and Deputy Chairperson on the Board of Consumer Healthcare Products Australia (CHPA).

Andrew first joined iNova in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles across both consumer health and prescription categories in multi-national pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Bayer, MSD and Novartis.

Kym Hampton

Managing Director of South Africa

Kym Hampton is the Managing Director of iNova South Africa, with responsibility for a number of distribution markets in Africa.  
 
Kym joined iNova in 2013. She has over 25 years of healthcare industry experience including senior leadership positions in multi-national healthcare companies in South Africa including Adcock Ingram among others.

Filomena Maiese 

Executive Director – Portfolio Strategy & Innovation 

Filomena joined iNova in 2018 as Global head of portfolio strategy and innovation. She brings with her more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles across multinational consumer healthcare organisations including Pfizer Consumer and Johnson & Johnson Consumer (Kenvue). Filomena has a track record of success in building iconic brands and product pipeline across markets for major consumer health brands.

Yee Leng Goh

Chief People Officer

Yee Leng joined iNova in 2024. She is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of HR experience across a broad range of industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking and technology. Prior to joining iNova, Yee Leng held senior global and regional leadership roles in a number of multinational companies including ASM International, Allergan, DBS Bank and Nokia Siemens among others.

William Foo

Chief Financial Officer

William joined iNova in 2024. He has over 20 years of global financial experience, many of which were at private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining iNova, William held senior financial leadership roles in multi-national FMCG and professional service companies including LUXASIA, Everise and Knowledge Universe. William is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Paul Smith

Chief Operating Officer

Paul joined iNova in May 2022. He has over 25 years of experience in operational, strategic and leadership roles for pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare business units within multinational pharmaceutical company GSK/Haleon. Paul holds an MBA from Imperial College London, and a BSc in Environmental Chemistry.

Kate Messiter

General Counsel and Head of Communications

Kate joined iNova in 2017. She has over 20 years of experience leading legal teams in the healthcare media industries. Immediately prior to joining iNova, Kate held the role of Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Compliance for Mundipharma ANZ. Prior to that role, Kate held senior legal roles at Novartis, Fairfax and was a lawyer at Mallesons.

Luke Marsden

Global Head of M&A / Business Development

Luke joined iNova in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining iNova Luke held a number of senior leadership roles specialising in the consumer, retail and healthcare sectors facilitating multi-national transactions across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US.
